Every day when I enter my fitness stats, I am reminded to keep up the healthy habits I have started. I have lost 55 pounds since the first of the year and along with the weight lost, I have become stronger and more fit. I can easily take the 3 flights of stairs in our building when before I was winded after one flight. There is a real change to my body and I love it. My original inspiration was from a movie that had several very muscular men in it. I thought that if they could be fit, I could too. My goal is not to look like a weight lifter, but to be leaner and stronger. So far, so good.
