I first joined Choose Well in 2016, during that time I was putting my health last when it came to my priorities. Now that I am almost 2 years in my health has been rising and is now top three. The Choose Well program gave me many incentives to stay on track with step challenges with my coworkers, new meal plan ideas and the money always helps. What I enjoy most about Choose Well is the Virgin Pulse app. I use this app to track not only my steps but I link it with My Fitness Pal so I can see my weight loss progress and tracking what I eat. Currently, I have lost 30 pounds which only motivates me more to keep going, keep tracking, and keep stepping.
