The tracking feature is wonderful! It is exciting to track your progress and see how far you have come. I no longer buy a coffee everyday. It also helps me see and understand how important 8 hours of sleep every day are to our mental and physical health. Tracking my mood is great for me to understand why I was feeling a certain way on a particular day, and making sure I stay positive going foward! I love it!!
