Choose-well gives me the opportunity to choose healthy habits I can achieve. The incentive to achieve points keeps checking off healthy habits at the top of the "to do" list every day & doing healthy habits every day soon becomes second nature. Healthy habits reminds me to do things like take deep breaths, stretch or relax for a minute when I get so busy I don't think of these things.
