Seeing and tracking has really opened my eyes on things that I should/could be doing to better my health. - Starting to eat something for breakfast. I've always been the one who skips this - Drinking more water - Do my hourly get up and move - Getting enough sleep and not sleeping too much - - Learn new health tips every day!
